Our organization provides consultation to labors regarding their rights under various labor laws and grievance redressal mechanisms.
We guide and facilitate workers to file their applications/claims regarding their wages, bonus, gratuity, compensation, dismissal, etc.
The construction workers are assisted in filing their request applications for registration and scheme benefits. We made them aware of the welfare schemes run by The Building and Other Construction Workers’ welfare board.
Awareness campaigns are being launched against the employment of child labor and bonded labor by organizing awareness camps and meetings in the affected areas.
Our organization provides consultation to the unorganized workers and gig workers regarding their rights.
